2002 Bobcat S250 3400 hrs Hello, I need some help please. Had a bad tilt actuator (with error codes) and replaced it. Now after manual calibration, everything works fine except for the bucket curl. After dumping and when curling the bucket back under full pedal pressure it shudders. It returns but shudders. Swapped actuators, recalibrated......same thing.Swapped back.....same thing. Doesn't matter if its in hand or foot control mode, both shudder on return curl. If I ease the curl it returns fine but under full pressure it does not. No error codes. Any ideas? Thank you

Since you switched the actuators and there wasn't a change it sounds like you have an internal problem with the valve. Id recommend removing the tilt spool and inspecting it. Make sure it slides smoothly in the bore and there isn't play. Check and make sure the spring on the spool isn't broken and that there isn't scoring on the spool. Another thing you can check is the port reliefs on that section. They are on the back side of the valve in line with the tilt spool. You can switch them around. there is one for the rod end and base end of the cylinder. Make sure there isn't anything stuck in it or damage to the seat.
