brake pin in chain well-help

The emergency brake system was rotten and rusted when I bought my 1825B used. I recently restored the brakes and the right side pin fell into the chain well. (oops) There is no access cover. I pulled the front axle housing but there was not enough wiggle room to get in there. How can I get this pin out? It is getting jammed in the gear. Thanks

Thanks. I cannot even see the bottom of the chain. Only a small crescent opening at the top right side. I am thinking about pulling the bolts of the rear axle housing as well but I do not want to loose the chain.
