Bobocat 610 hydraulic problems when it’s cold out

Hello, so my bobcat works fine when the outside temp is above 10'C ~ 45'F . Now that our temps have dropped to freezing … my tilt and boom functions will not work . I can let the machine run for an hour .. still nothing .. or very little movement.
I'm using hydraulic fluid with a AW32 .

new pump last year , and like I said .. when temps are warm works pretty good .

any ideas where to start looking ?
