Bobcat T630 M0303 code crank no start issue

New skid steer owner. Machi e has been used 15 times since owning , hours on machine 2900. Used the skid the other day, low fuel rail pressure and shut down but would start right up and run for 39 minutes or so and shut off again. Parked machine overnight, next checked the primer ball and it was tight. Get in and try to start and it just cranks and then throws an M0303 code, low system voltage. I am going to check battery under load, check fuses in cab. Has anyone got any ideas or experience to lend me some diagnostic tools. Feeling defeated on this one.
