I have a 2017 bobcat t595. It starts fine and idles fine but anything over 1800 rpm it starts running rough. I just did a contamination kit on it because I thought I had a bad injector and had bobcat re code the new injectors. It ran fine after recoding. I let it sit for 2 days and now it's doing the same thing again. After running it for a little while and shutting it off and starting it a couple times it usually clears up and runs fine untill you let it sit for a day and then it starts all over. I checked the bleeder on top of the filter yesterday and it had some air come out, is this normal after the system is primed?

You replaced only injectors?
Did you check the Turbo?
IF you had failed injectors, by these Engines, the whole Fuel System needs to be replaced. The HP Pump fails on these Engine which sends debris throughout the system which damages the Injectors.

I replaced injectors, fuel rail, high pressure pump and lines and fuel filter. I didn't check the turbo because the issue is only after it sits overnight and it goes away after letting it run for a while

Did you check the fuel pick up tube? They like to break off, but I don't think it is in your case.
Do you still have the Cold Weather Bypass Valve installed?

The cold weather bypass is still installed and I havnt checked my pick up tube yet
Ok, pinch off the fuel hose between the cold weather bypass and the return line. The fuel hose from the cold weather bypass should to to a plastic T-Fitting, pinch this hose off and let it sit like that and see if that solves the problem.

It's the skinny one. Same part number as the bigger one just smaller. The bleeder valve is on the housing that the filter screws onto
Ok, I would replace this one ASAP.
But to bleed the fuel system correctly, take of the filter from the bracket (remove the 2 hose clamps), turn the filter upside down and open the white knob as fare open you can without removing it. Then pump until you get fuel out of it. Close the white knob and pump again until the hand pump is hard. Install back the filter and the system is bled.

Ok I will get it replaced. There is already a bleeder valve on top of the filter, it's an Allen bolt and I backed it put a little and pumped the ball untill no more air came out. The bleeder on top is the highest point of the suction side of fuel system

The problem by that Allen bolt is, that it does not seal correctly after you open it.

Ok that's the way the bobcat tech told me to do it. I will switch out the filter and try pinching the line off. Thank you
I know, but turning the filter around does the same thing. But the Allen plug does not get damaged and stays sealed.
You would think that a Dealer knows that, but most of these Dealers do not have Mechanics anymore, who know anything about these machines.
Did they, for example, run the machine and performed MDP updates? Which means that the ECU learns what time it takes to open the injectors? The first 5 Times need to be down after reprogramming these Injectors to the ECU. After that the ECU does it automatically every 30-45 min without you even recognizing it when its done. Same with the HP Pump, that needs to be also "relearned:. All what you have to do is push a button to delete old Data and the ECU will relearn the parameters from the Pump.

He reprogrammed and recalibrated the injectors but I don't think he did anything with the high pressure pump
