I am guessing a D24 engine? Who put the injectors on? Did you get the programmed? Because it is the Delphi System, you most likely need a new pump and Rail too.
Did you test the battery? Because if the voltage drops during cracking to lower then 10.5 Volts, the ECU will not "fire"!
Also did you replaced the Fuel Filter?

Yes d24
Injectors are from man and are programmed also factory fuel pump installed
I will check battery it is week from turning and Messing with it so much.
Yes filter changed

Ok, who diagnosed that it was the injectors? Was the Rail and the Tube Lines also replaced?
And when they programmed them, did they run any after Tests? MDP learning?

Field mechanic I called, rail not replaced, everything else done according, once he installed and programmed injector ran rough and we couldn't get running again, I now have changed fuel pump and still nothing, today I sprayed starting fluid and she started right up and died once fluid went dry….

Don't do starting fluid, Common Rail Engines do NOT like that!
How did he determine that the Injectors were bad?
These Doosan D24 Engines with the Delphi System on usually don't fail just the injectors, the HP Pump goes bad and sends metal through the system, that's why you have to replace the whole system.
Was the Field Tech from Bobcat? Because if not, he can not have the correct software and hardware.
Most likely you have replace the 4 Injectors again, the HP Pump again and this time the Rail too, because he for sure did not clean the rail out.

Had a guy field tech, from bobcat show up, so far we have put new injectors, he verified they were programmed correctly, new injector pump,
New fuel rail with sensor, and he could not get it started either, said compression was good, recommended take it to the shop to have them go through it….

Does it start with the Drive Belt off?

Did he do a compression test manually or on the computer??
