A friend of mine has a 2005 T300. One day a hose broke and part of the hose had gone into the pump. He tried replacing just the hose but there were still problems. The local Bobcat dealer said he needed to rebuilt the pump and gave him an estimate of over $10,000. He has some mechanical abilities so he drug it back home and ripped it apart. He had a company rebuild the hydraulic pump and the pressure pump. It's all put back together. Now, it will start and run for about a minute but the 'low pressure' light comes on and the machine shuts itself down. He doesn't know what's going on. He did say that there were 3 hoses that route towards the engine and connect to a bar, could he have gotten them switched up? Could it be a bad sensor or valve? Any ideas will greatly help.

Its possible they were put on wrong.
Did the machien move properly when the hose was replaced? or did it run then slowly die?

Are U talking about "low charge pressure",or "low engine oil pressure? When this happens, push the lights/HOLD FOR CODES/ button.

Are U talking about "low charge pressure",or "low engine oil pressure? Both will shutdown the engine. When this happens, push the lights/HOLD FOR CODES/ button. Low charge pressure can be the sensor it's self, low hyd oil, loose drive belt, or the hydraulic pump.

did he pull out the pump if so check the tensioner off the drive belt if the controler see that the engine is driving but there is no pressure than he wil give low presssure if this is oke messeure at for instanse at sensor point with manometer messeure 400 psi if so, pressure is oke if not check charge pressure valve but if there is no pressure look for bobcat dealer because this wil take some mesuring and time and nowing what you are doing with al respect greetings h
