Bobcat T190 swash plate error code

My Bobcat T190 just gave me an error code of 75-18, Right swash plate not in neutral. Has anyone had experience with this and do you know how to fix it? Thanks!

Sounds like it has hand controls.
Does your manual tell you how to calibrate the control sticks?

Yes, it has joy sticks. And yes, my manual tells me how to calibrate them. The problem is that it will not move at all. It will start, but won't travel.
