Bobcat T 595 floor drain , foot rest removal

Need to clean out under the foot rest. Looks like bolts holding foot rest on. But can't get a socket to fit bolts. Washed out cab and the floor holds water for quite a while. Can't find a drain hole on the inside. I pulled off plates underneath. Need some advice.
