Bobcat t 590 shows 0 RPMs when running

I have a 2017 Bobcat T 590 it starts but the rpms are showing 0 in both the left and right deluxe displays. The hour meter is not advancing and the BICS will not release also the throttle control does nothing. Any Ideas on what may be going on?

First thing I would check are the fuses.
