Bobcat S850 EGR error codes

Hi I've got a 2016 S850 that's giving me 3 error codes:
E00279107- EGR BLOCKED FAULT
E00524621 - BLOCKED EGR FAULT
U06522621 - CAN COMMUNIONS FAULT
I bought a manual and found the location of the egr ( I removed the right rear wheel and the access plate behind it to get to the egr.
Has anyone removed and cleaned one of these? The manual tells you to remove the whole system but nothing on cleaning it.
Trying to avoid taking it to the dealer

Had a guy come out and replace the EGR the EGR still throwing the codes. Going in to Bobcat today so I still don't know

It was the EGR cooler

Still having the same codes. Replaced egr. Cooler. Wiring harness. Turbo. Maf sensor. Scr. Temp sensors.
