Bobcat S650 starts then shuts off

Howdy folks !
New to your group.
My s650 of 2012 starts up fine then seems to just shut itself off after a second or two, but will start again then die over and over again.
checked engine oil, Hyd oil, coolant, etc

M1403 Fuel Pull Output Error Off
M2403 Fuel Pull Relay Error Off

Check your wires around the Fuel Shut Off Solenoid. There might be even something wrong with the connector.

The machine is not pulling the Fuel Shutoff Solenoid back that's why your machine is dying right after start.

The machine is not pulling the Fuel Shutoff Solenoid back that's why your machine is dying right after start.

Noticed a wire spliced into the Solenoid wire, guessing it supplies 12vdc.
