I'm trying to figure out this problem that comes and goes. I can work maybe 1.5 hours then the left pedal feels like something is blocking it from moving either direction. The arm leads to the Hydraulic control valve but I don't know why it's not working. Sometimes if i sake the machine a lot as I'm tapping the lift down it may drop. Any Ideas? (I'm new to repairs on skidsters)

If it is like my S300 it is the actuator for that pedal. there is a lever connected to the pedal, follow it up and you will find the actuator. I would remove the bolts and take it down and check your connections. One set of the wires is for a solenoid that locks the pedal. also turn on the key and hold in the the light switch(no start) and see if you get a code in the little indicator window. If so, search what it is for, or post it here.

There is a possibility the lock out solenoid is not holding in place too. Newer foot controlled machines have electric colenoids that sit in the side of the control block near where the pedals attach to the spools. If the seals leak, oil cen get into the solenoids and cause isues.
Hopefully it's as simple as a stick or bad solenoid. If you swap the two, see if the issue moves between lift and tilt when it acts up again.

I figured it out, the leads from the solenoids were routed wrong, placing them over moving parts. When I used the tilt pedal, it was pinching the lead to the lift solenoid. I used a zip tie and pulled the wires back away from the moving parts, no problems since.
