Hello my 2006 S185 recently quits on initial start ups. When starting in the morning the machine will run for about 10 minutes then completely shuts down with no code reading. Wait 1 minute and it starts again for about another 5 minutes then shuts down again , then it shuts down every time you try the keyless start. It does this for about 15-20 minutes then starts up with no issues for the rest of the day until the following morning.I have changed all fluids in the machine and filters. any help would greatly be appreicaited .

I wonder if the issue could be your fuel shut off solenid or relay. If may be heating up and opening up, shutting the engine down.
Does it just stop instantly? or slow down then stop?
It's a place to start.

no it stops dead , everything shuts down then you have to wait a few minutes for it to start again

its seems to work after it warms up a bit. It will do this shut down maybe 10 times then its fine for the day
Everything stops? as in the dash goes dark too or just the engine shuts off?
If everything goes out, it will be an electrical ussue.

everything shuts down,, it only happens in the morning first start up. If the machine sits all day without starting and I go and use it in the afternoon itdoesnt do it. its like when its warm out its fine , so weird .

every now and then it gives a 34-04 code which means un able to read control panel
That isn't a great code, it could be a bad connection or a bad wire between the panels and controller. You can start by removing the connectors at the panels and computer to ensure the connections are clean and corrosion free. Hopefully it is that simple, yet these connectors are pretty good with keeping water out, but it never hurts to check.

thank you is that the connection behind the light? I have unplugged that one and it looks like it has some diode grease in it.

That will be the connection i was talking about, there should be one on the other panel and even one on the computer. Glad there is no corrosion, but it means the issue is still hidden somewhere....

ok thx , where is the computer located and I will try those connections?

It should be behind the seat, or on some models it's behind a panel at your right leg.
If you lift the cab, follow the wires, where more wires go, there is a good chance the competer is that way.

Sorry for bumping an old post but if you get a notification of this message did you ever resolve it? I think I might have a similar issue on my s220 (I posted a separate thread). Had dealer come later in the morning today and unit is in sun and sure enough started and ran fine. I am going to come tomorrow morning before sunrise and see if the machine acts the same or just shuts down with the 34-04 code again.

34-04 is not a good code to have, loss of signal to display panel. It could be a wiring or computer glitch.
You can try removing your panels and removing the plugs and putting them back in to see if there was corrosion or just a bad connection that it may resolve.
