Reposted, seen that this question was in the incorrect forum. Issue still withstanding. Posted: 10-05-2012 02:48 PM Afternoon, I will reiterate that I have a 2004 S160 Bobcat with 1200 hrs on it. I am using the joystick levers for steering and for bucket lift/tilt. Recently I was lowering the bucket using the main cylinders, and it was erratic in motion. ie. slow - fast - slow. See below supplemental specs. Working specifics: 1) ambient temp 20 deg C, 70 F, machine warmed up 2) hydraulic fluid in sight glass, topped up ( maybe overfilled ) 3) engine RPM = 2100 ( power-plant I believe is Kubota - Turbo) when I use the tilt actuator, the main lift rams are also working as well simultaneously (not good). It sounds like some cross flow leakage maybe through the valve bank. OR, is it an electric solenoid issue? I am a backyard mechanic with limited loader experience. I need to try to understand the approach to diagnose hydraulic anomalies. If anyone could assist I would be very thankful. Best Regards,

Not setting any codes? The aux hydraulics could be partially stuck on. This can cause the rest of the hydraulics to work weird.
