Bobcat S150 won't start after roll on side

I was using a Bobcat S150 and had it roll on the side. We pulled it back upright and let it set for five hours before doing anything. Everything looked ok. Oil, hydraulic fluid, air filter. It won't start now and I get an code M2403 (Fuel Pull Relay Error Off). It does about half a crank and the light blinks. Any suggestion?

It is now showing M1403 (Fuel Pull Output Error off).
How long was it on it's side? Did you check the battery voltage? It's possible, that if it was on it's side long enough acid could have leaked out of the battery. I've seen them throw some strange codes being low on voltage. Hope this helps. Brent www.AllSkidsteers.com

Just over an hour. It's reading a full charge, 12.4v according to the display.

first thing I would do on a roll over is to spin the motor over with a wrench from the front harmonic balance side of the engine , some of the Kubota's have a splined shaft that a pipe wrench will easily grap , when they flip sometimes oil will get into the cylinder , oil doesn't compress and if you try and spin it with oil in the cylinder it will either be locked up at one point of the revolution or it will bend a rod -----------any doubt of oil in the cylinder and I would pull the glow plugs and spin it over ---------- once I got past that I would think about the electrical --------as far as the kill solinoid issue what may have happened was when it layed over , oil got into the coil from the seal around the plunger shaft and shorted it out

I think I would agree it is hydrolocked if it turns a half crank then stops.

I removed the glow plugs and turn it a couple of turns using the pipe wrench technique. Some oil did come out of the cylinder on the far right (looking at it from the back). I turned it until no more oil came out and cleaned everything up and put it back together. Tried to crank and got the same thing. Made a short cranking noise and the error code M1403 displayed again.

what I would have done was to try and spin the motor with the starter before putting the glow plugs back in , if you got oil out of it by just turning with a wrench then I could pretty much guarentee you still have oil in the cylinder , I'd getting it spinning with the glow plugs out as it is much easier to spin and will really blow all the oil out , and if it still doesn't spin freely and after confirming the starter and battery are good you would mostly likely have damaged a rod when you tried to start it with oil in the cylinder ----------------- don't have a maunel in front of me , what is code 1403

It is M1403 (Fuel Pull Output Error off). Thanks

you can unbolt the run kill solinoid from the engine and it should start and run as far as the solinoid is invilved , if it starts and runs then to kill it push the lever that the plunger of the solinoids hits inside the engine with your finger or a screwdriver , that will get you by that part of the problem so you can tell if you damaged the engine -find the root of the problems

how long did it run when it flipped , and when it shut down how did it kill , did you kill it or did it choke down and die

At work someone flipped over a cat 247. Before he could get the engine shut down, oil leaked into the cylinders and the machine started running on engine oil. When that happened, there was no way to shut the machine down at that point. She was running wide open and bellering smoke like you couldn't imagine. Finally the motor died, along with 12k for a new engine. Hopefully your engine isnt damaged.

Hallelujah!!! I pulled the glow plugs again (much easier the second time around) and turned the key for about five seconds. I did this twice and a little more oil did come out. I put everything back together and it cranked right up. I greatly appreciate all of your help Fishfiles. If you were here, I would buy you a cold beer or beverage of choice. Being a novice at this, you really did help. Thanks a bunch.

Glad you got it running ------if it ever happens again don't be affraid to let it spin for say 30 seconds , let the starter cool down and spin it again , I find if you take a shop rag over the end of your finger and cover each glow plug hole at a time while spinning it the compression and blast from your finger blocking the hole gets the oil , water , fuel or what ever got in there out faster , I purged out many of engines after Hurricane Katrina like that -------- what part of the world are you in -------

I am from central Kentucky around Lexington. I have family in North Louisiana. Again, I truly appreciate the help.
