Bobcat S150 bucket / hydraulic system / electric system problems

Good day. I'm new to the forum and I've spent the last week searching for posts related to the issue that my company Bobcat S150 is presenting. Recently I was able to fix a problem with the traction (turned out to be a bad grounding in the fuse relay center) but after I did that the only error code I'm getting is 17-07 "valve output circuit is open" along with 1 flash in the lifts & tilt valve indicator (wich should be solid in order to operate) I checked the bucket positon valve solenoid and it's fine along with the grounding and the cable that goes into the skid's computer Another issue along the valve open circuit is that the joystick are not unlocking and when I push the "press to operate" button the solenoids that block the joystick start to activate and deactivate for a short while then give up. Any help or suggestion is very much appreciated Also if anyone can explain how to do line breaks in the post I'd be thankful as well
