bobcat S-250 actuator removal

Ok I thought I could change this thang out with no problem, but when i get the two hex head bolts out I can't get the actuator out. Can anyone tell me is their another bolt or somthing that has to be removed now to get it out? Thanks for any help anyone could give me!!!

There is a pin that holds the 'sleeve' inside the actuator to the spool in the control valve. Probably need to force the actuator away from the valve, the gears should allow to move enough to get the pin out.

Thank you, that helped out. The big problem we were having was that the actuator was froze up. So we had to take the end off the old actuator and work it back and forth with a ratchet till it loosened up.

Ok now that the actuator is replaced i thought i was ready to take it to get calabrated, but now I get a 32-34 code that keeps coming down as soon as i turn the key on and from what i have read and been told that is Tilt actuator not in neutral. Now as soon as I turn on the key i can hear and feel the "piston" moving in the actuator. Can anyone tell me is this what is ment to happen or what. The lift actuator doesn't move nor can i hear it. I was going to take it to be calabrated, but til I can raise it to get it on the trailer to see if some one else can do anything with it. Thanks for any help in advance.

Also I switched out the wires from the tilt actuator and the lift actuator and the code went to 32-39. I think this is a lift actuator not in neutral, which makes since, but I think it does prove that it is that actuator being bad or somthing with the instalation I did wrong (I think).

Next thing to try would be loosen/remove the actuator that is setting the code and plug it in to see if it still sets the code....may be another faulty actuator, or possibly the spool in the control valve is binding. Also could be binding when assembled if the 2 bolts aren't tightened in 'steps'

After trying what you said it found neutral. So this was telling me the actuator was ok. This leads me to belive that it could be spool but it looked and worked ok. So after another call to KC bobcat (has to be my 25th through this process) I find out that their is an adapter that you must use with this actuator. Why did they not tell me this in the first place???? Thank you for the help with this.
