I now probably have half of the schematics from their system for my machine as I have had to have my parts guy at the dealer email me the schematics so I could pick out the parts I am talking about. So the process right now is call the dealer, try and describe the part (major pain if it is a small fitting of some sort), he guesses and tries to describe it back, I respond "huh?", he says ok let me just email the schematic and you pick it out and let me know the part number. I receive the email, find the part I want, call him back, place the order and all is well.Wouldn't that be much easier if even just the schematic database was online? I mean I don't mind calling to place the order, but it would be much easier for all parties if I was calling with a part number in hand.</blockquote>
