I am hoping someone has had the same problem as me. So, my drive belt keeps jumping a rib in the v belt. I have replaced everything including tensioner, pulley, spacer, and belt. I've also set the tensioner to everything in between 15 and 30 degrees. Still jumps. What am I not doing right? Machine only has 400 hrs on it. I've owned it from new. Dealer is 6 weeks out, I hate to take it in for something simple even though it's giving me a fit. All help is appreciated.

The only thing i can think of is if one pully is not in alignment it could jump a tooth. Honestly, it's not something i have ever seen happening in normal operation.
