When you put power to the fuel shut off solenoid, do you hear a click? these can go bad and if they do, you won't get a drop of fuel out of it. Sadly they are expensive
Was it working ebfore the rebuild?

Jimmy, used (and only partially working) fuel injector pump headed your way tomorrow (including the shutoff solenoid). Maybe you can figure out what's up between yours and mine. Pse post the results here. Great forum. We all learn from each other. :-) ---Bobbie-G

Hopefully with the parts Bobby has on the way, you can get it going.
If you still can't get it going, you may need to send it to an injector shop to fix it. They have internal fuel pumps, if it goes bad, you won't get any fuel out. This could be your issue too.

I have seen people go old school and use a manual cable for on and off. there is something to be said for the K.I.S.S. way of doing things
