[Reds Skid Steers]

Bobcat 742B have to push the right hand stick hard forward or back to get the skid to turn or even go forward. All hydraulic levels are good. Where do I start looking for the problem. Is there an adjustment for the stick. Or do you think it's a little bit deeper then that? Need some suggestions on where to start looking. I'm not a mechanic but I can do some stuff on my own. Thanks

A way to know for sure if it's the motor or pump is to swap motors from side to side, if the issue moves, its the motor.
Parts are still available for motors and the pumps, no it's not all bad news.
