863F series: tilt and lift locked out. left handle has two green LEDs. with ignition key turned halfway, left LED is on while right LED has a two blink sequence. With actuators(approximately in neutral position) disconnected from spools and the the ignition key turned halfway, Both LEDs turn off for about two seconds during which time the tilt actuator retracts fully and then symptoms return. Any ideas?
