Bobcat A300 AC/Heater doesn't move any volume

Guys, I replaced the blower motor on my Bobcat A300 (it was seized), and now while the air that comes out is hot or cold (heat/cool), there is no volume of air. Both interior and exterior filters are new. Any ideas?

I know nothing about that machine but if the squirrel cage is running is it possible that the suction side is blocked or the polarity if the fan reversed? if it is not a digital motor it will run backwards and sound fine ,just not make much volume of air. good luck
