Bobcat 873F Hydraulic Control Problem

i have a 98 873F that won't lower. I have test most wiring with ohm meter, bought new left handle solenoid and checked actuators by switching plugs. When switched the raise and lower work fine from the right handle but the Tilt down then doesn't work on the left. So I must have eliminated the solenoid and actuators as being the issue. The error I always get no matter what I do is the five flash signal on the left handle and only when I tilted the handle inward. Any ideas o And advice would be much appreciated.
