My 2001 873 turbo bobcat wants to travel much faster on the right side more than the left. Anyone know what the cause might be ?
The linkage seems to be okay. The Right side is a LOT faster than the left, What else could it be ?Could be any of a number of things. I'd start by checking your steering linkage.
I believe the 873 has two case drain filters, one for each drive motor. I'd check the slow side for metal. I'm not trying to alarm you or anything, that's where I'd look next. Any other symptoms other than slow drive on one side? Do both handles travel about the same distance when pushed forward? When in neutral do both handles appear to be even or is one sitting back a bit further than the other? The linkage seems to be okay. The Right side is a LOT faster than the left, What else could it be ?
