Where are you getting fuel to? The inlet of the unit injector pumps or out the outlet going to the injectors?. If you have fuel to the pumps but not out, I'd say sticking fuel rack. If you have fuel coming out the injector lines, I'd say you have crappy compression. Always start with a new fuel filter. 95% of bobcat running problems are fuel filters. Besides that you could have a bad transfer pump. The unit pumps can draw a little fuel from the tank by themselves. Sometimes just enough to run, sometimes not
