Bobcat 863 oil pan plug

I have an Bobcat 863 and I’m trying to remove the large plug on the oil pan
i think the Reason for the plug is for installing oil pan oil heater.
I’m having no luck getting this plug to rotate , I assume this plug is right hand thread
Hoping Someone can Tell me the secret on getting it off
