Hey guys, I recently picked up a nice 863C but have a hydraulic hose that needs to be replaced under the seat. (The second hose up from the bottom on the lift arm by-pass control valve) Is there a diagram of the machine showing all of the hose sizes and fitting sizes? or how do you know what to buy? In the past on other machines I have removed them and taken them in but its an expensive way of doing things... I would prefer to figure out what is needed and order one online as it is like 10x cheaper to do this way.... Any expertise on this? Thanks Craig

Sadly there is no list of sizes, pressures and fittings for each hose.
You can beasure them though, most are JIC fittings, if you can work out what number they are, measure the length, work out the pressure rating and fitting sizes and order them.

sorry for the abrupt answer.. but as every day goes bye parts are becoming less avail. that means OEM PARTS, we just cant get, they are NLA. so source locally
Seriously? you are even having issues getting OEM parts now?
That really isn't great news, Bobcat have always been known for having parts for just about every machine that has been made. I guess it's a sign of the times, it's just not worth the money to keep parts for older machines any more.
