I have recently purchased a Bobcat 835S backhoe attachment. It has side-shift and in-cab control, but the arm and stick is similar to the 811 backhoe. It looks like the one in the pictures below:
It has two trailer-ball couplers, that is to be connected to two trailer-balls mounted on the skidsteer chassis, in the position marked in the picture below (not my machine):
I have a Bobcat A220. As I understand, the A220 is basically a 863G skidsteer with the all-wheel steer system added. Hence, I think the A220 and the 863G shares the same upper chassis.
I have called the Bobcat distributor in my country for a trailer-ball mounting kit for the A220, and they claim it does not exist. Not even for the 863 skidsteer. I find that hard to believe.
Do anyone know if there exists a backhoe mounting kit for putting the trailer-balls on the Bobcat A220 or Bobcat 863 chassis?
If it helps, I think you would use the same kit, if you were to mount a 911 backhoe on the 863 skidsteer.
I really need to get the backhoe mounted, and would prefer a bolt-on solution.
Thanks in advance,
Casper
