My bobcat has sudfdenly started dieing. This started after a full day and 1/2 of operation, half way through the second day it suddenly started. The skid steer starts, then slowly gets up to speed (engine) then slowly drops RPMs and either dies or begins picking up RPMs and starts the cycle again. When the machine is running, I can move forward slowly untill the RPMs drop then wait until the RPMs pickup and move. I've checked all fluids and the drive belt, all are good. On the Boss display, the far right display is bottomed out. Any ideas?

Sounds like fuel filter plugged or summer fuel in cold weather
Ken
My thoughts too, change the filter and fuel. Sounds like its starving, the revs will go all over when its starving for fuel.
Ensure you have fuel thats suited for your conditions, i don't live where cold is an issue but i hear story after story of fuel gelling on the forum. I'd start there! I'm so glad i don't need to deal with changing fuel every winter :)

Do you have the Isuzu engine? What I recommend is to disconnect the fuel line from the injection pump and squeeze the primer bulb a few times to see if fuel flows freely. If you do not have a primer bulb stick one in the fuel line and see if there is proper fuel flow. It could be the tank, the filter or even a clogged hose. Definately a fuel system problem.
