Bobcat 843 with problems

843 with the perkins. I had bought out the half of my Dads partner about 15 years ago on this machine. Unfortunately, through my Dads passing I have become the sole owner - definitely not the way that we ever want to get things.
Thus, I have numerous questions on getting this back up to useful standards.
