Bobcat 843 main relief valve removal with highflow

There is a pipe that runs along the right side right next to the main relief valve. How do you remove the solenoid/main relief valve? The pipe is in the way and it doesn't look easy to move. I am having a issue where the arms wont lift and getting a low pressure from the AUX port. I want to replace the relief valve.
