bobcat 7753 questions

im looking at a 1993 bobcat 7753. owner says the hydraulics creep. he figure the control block needs rebuild. anyone have any advice? is it worth buying? is the rebuild dificult? any cons to this machine?

Agreed, neutral adjustment and possible cylinder seals are bad.
