Bobcat 773g 2003 4365 hrs

Hi I have a problem with my tilt and lift on my 2003 Bobcat 773g machine. I have a error code 32-65 actuators seem to be working . I have changed solenoid and stem on the valve a few weeks back but no different. When I start it first it beep 3 times and 3rd light doesn’t come on . Stop it and try it again and it works the 2nd time normal when you start first thing in the morning. But this is not the case when you try this later in the Day. And ideas on what to try.
