First lets qualify that I know nothing except trial and error/success! Had 2 wheel seals and 1 axle repaired about 14 months ago, maybe 75 hours or so. Maybe 50 hours ago I added a used set of tracks, metal. Today all 4 wheel seals started leaking badly almost at the same time. Could the tracks cause this? There has been some slippage of the wheels inside the tracks as of late. Also can the tracks be rebuilt? Are there bushings that can be replaced? By the way this machine only has 550 hours. Tom

It almost sounds like you have bad wheel bearings that with the tracks on is causing them to leak.
Another possibility is the drive motor carrier seal is allowing oil to fill the chain case and its leaking out the axle seals, are you loosing any hydro fluid at all?
Tracks are known for causing bearing wear and even chain breakage. You need to make sure both tyres per side are worn the exact same amount or remove the front drive chain in the chain case. If not, they can fight each other and break a chain.

Thanks good place to start.

With the tracks off, curl your bucket down to lift the front wheels up. Grab the wheel and see if it moves in and out at all, if you can feel any movement, the bearings have worn.
