Hello
I am in the process of putting a Bobcat 763 F-series back together. I bought it with a bad engine and it was torn apart. Please save your comments on that, my wife constantly reminds me of how bad an idea that was.
Anyway I have rebuilt the engine and it did not have the injection pump in the box of parts that came with the machine. My main question is. Are the remanufactured pumps on eBay better than the aftermarket pumps from sites like Friday parts?
For roughly the same price would go reman or Chineseium?
Any help/opinions would be appreciated.

My understanding is that Friday Parts back up there stuff. Either way you go make, sure they will back up what they claim they are selling.

Have you tried Bobcat? Supposedly they sell remanufactured parts.

Thanks for the reply

I did look at Bobcat. $1,100 +$100 core for a reman. Where the eBay remans and Friday parts are around $600-$700. Trying to save a little bit of money.

Well I think it's a great idea.
I did the same but with a 743 and I have loved rebuilding it! So enjoy the process, you will learn a lot.

I'm presuming this is a Kubota engine. So buy an intake manifold gasket and a couple extra shims for mounting the fuel pump. The shims affect the timing of the fuel release.
