Bobcat 763 Lift Cylinder leak

I have fluid coming out of the end of one of the lift cylinders. I look at the end of it and the seal looks like in pretty bad shape. What is the best way to remove the lift cylinder from the unit? It is a 1998 Bobcat 763 Thanks
