bobcat 763 Drivebelt

i have a 763 F that needs a new drive belt what is the trick to getting the belt tension pulley off ? do you just losen the nut and push it up?

On the 763 there is just one bolt holding the main belt tensioner in place. loosen it and you should be able to slide tensioner up and remove belt. if tensioner has a pointer tighten to 3:00 position. if no pointer, use your own judgement, I usually hold tensioner in place with around 2 ft bar between tensioner and housing while tightening the bolt.
