I have a 200 763 Advantage series skidsteer. For the past year+ I have been having an issue with it losing all electrical for a split second which locks the brake up then reboots the electrical system. In running tests, it reacts the same as when I turn the key off then right back on while driving. I have gone through all the fuses (replaced all that had corrosion), relays (replaced the main power relay just in case), and most of the wiring connections. There seems to be no relation to idle speed, temp, or length of use. In the past month it has got to the point that when it reboots, it will reboot multiple times within seconds.

I had an issue with my S250 doing something like this, turned out to be an issue in the right hand dash, i hot wired it and has not failed since. I ran power from the key switch to the 12v rail on the dash with a jumper wire.

I used a print out of the electrical diagram to locate the wire i needed to power. Mine got to the point where it would not always turn on, i had 5v to the key switch, this is how a mate and i worked out the issue.

Can you give me a little more information in detail on what you did? I have a 2004 s250 that shuts off after about 10-30 minutes of running. No matter if it's sitting there idling or moving. It's like it runs out of fuel. No lights or codes. Starts right back up after cycling the key.
