I am currently working on a bobcat 753 and the left stick won't engage reverse except sporadically and the right stick won't engage forward except sporadically. I have checked the steering linkage and bushings on the hydrostatic pump all seems good I am just stumped.

Could the steering need to be adjusted or rebuilt?
