Today I removed the 753 drive motor. I have the early version with 4 hex bolts that hold the housing together. When I removed it, I could spin the shaft by hand. I did a full re-seal, used photos and watched many videos and it was quite simple. Problem is I can no longer spin it by hand. Is that due to the new seals or did I get the rollers mixed up? not sure I should re-install it or not. The internals were perfect and 2 of the O-rings were disintegrated... Its clocked correctly and im sure the reassembly is correct with brass button and ball bearing in place. Thanks...

You need to add some hydraulic fluid to the drive and allow it a little time to coat the inner workings. Once everything has oil on the surface you should be able to turn the drive. You may have to twist back and forth to get the oil dispersed. Just went through this myself a month or so ago. Good luck!

when you say the drive motor, you mean one of the two motors that power the wheels? I've got one side that runs real smooth and the other side is jumpy. I've been assuming it is going to take a rebuild.
