I am having problems with a tilt issue with a Bobcat 751. So to let you know where it is, arm will raise up and down, will travel no problem, starting up the machine I can tilt up, but cannot tilt down. As soon as I try to tilt down it will lock out. The valve control light will go out. Checked fluids... good to go Swapped actuators... good to go Swapped connectors on actuators, problem then changed to the arm (would lower but not raise) this changed control, the bucket would tilt up and down then, so the hydraulics worked as they should. Thoughts?

Do you have any codes pop up on your panel? When it locks up press and hold your light button and it should display a code if you have the panel that will display codes. If not next step would be isolate the sensors in your handles, it will be kind of a pain but swap sensors from left handle to right handle and see if the issue follows the sensor.

I swapped the position switches from both handles and the problem did not follow, I checked the wiring from the switch thru the handle, no open wires, and no shorts to grounds. I don't believe my panel works, unfortunately. Any thoughts?

If it's not the actuator, sensor, or wiring, it might be the AHC controller itself. Can you pull the controller and get a part number off it?
