Just got a Bobcat 751B, rental fleet used at 1300 hours. Everything seems in great condition. The Serial # is 515730345. I'm looking for the operation and Maintenance Manuals for this serial number sequence. I only seem to be able to find manuals that say S/N 515716800 or higher. But does this go far enough???? It has a Kubota engine and what does the "B" mean in 751B? Where do I get the manual that will be for my 751 that will cover the S/N I have? Thanks and Regards Bert

For the price, i wouldn't personally bother with those manuals. The B is just the series, some had a Kubota, the C series had a Pug engine. The C series has a kit to convert to Kubota as the pug engines are too expensive to repair/replace.

Well, you're right about the costs for both the Operation/Maintenance and Parts Manual. Actually if I look long enough I'll eventually find a good deal. I just want to make sure I have the manuals for the Serial Number sequence that I have. I just sold my M-600 after 27 years of use, and I know the Complete Maintenance manual saved me a lot of time in diagnosing and repairing problems on the M-600. I'm a good mechanic but don't like doing it the hard way when I can occasionally refer to a good manual for those pesky problems that don't seem to have an obvious solution. An Operation/Maintenance Manual just sold on Ebay for $4.35. Who knows how high it would have gone if I was there to keep bidding on it??? Also that is good to know about the Kubota engine as that is one of the main reasons I bought the 751. I'm familiar with the engines and minor maintenance on them. Regards Bert

You would have to check with a dealer to see if the manual you listed covers your machine. I'm guessing yes. Also a 753, 763, 773 manual would be vary close to right. same engine, simular pumps to I believe.
Never heard of a B series 751, but I'm not claiming to be a expert either. Aything in the owners manual you can learn here. If you find a copy on Ebay for 5 buck and you want then go for it. But if you buying a manual from the dealer you may as well pay 60 of for the service manual, the separate parts manual is also vary handy.
