The left steering lever gets stuck in neutral once in a while. I can't go forward only backward. I have to wiggle it along with the right side by going sideways and back and forth. Finally it will work out and be normal. Like I say this does not happen all the time. The dealer just got done working on the creep adjustment by putting in new cams and bars, then I get it back and this happens. Told the dealer and I am waiting for them to decide what to do. Any help from the experts out there that I can give the dealer.

Almost sounds like a linkage was not put back on right.
Is the control nice and smooth? as in you can move forward and back with no lag when you move the sticks back and forth?
I's lift the cab and check the linkages at the pump and at the steering levers, look for any slop at these points.

I found the problem. I lifted the cab and found that the cam that they replaced had the threaded hole facing forward and off center slightly. The bolt was laying on the pan below. Called Dealer and he will come fix it.

That is an uffda! For you non- Norwegians just ask a Norwegian friend to describe this great all purpose word! Glad you found the problem.
