Bobcat 743 drive problems

Hello this is my first post on any forum and was in some serious need of some help. I have a bobcat 743b that I purchased and it has a drive issue. when it first starts up it seems to work fine but as I use it, it starts to not want to turn left. the right stick works all the time when I pull it back and the left stick does the same when I push forward. But when I push the right forward it only works part of the time and on the left when I pull back it only works part of the time. Any advise would be very appreciated!!! Thanks, Jason

Lift the cab, does it have a big sqiare block on the hydraulic pump with a bunch of hoses hanging off it? if so, remove the middle hose on the left, remove the fitting from the block, clean or replace the filter behind it.
