Bobcat 743 Boom only goes up, no tilt function either

I just had some work done on my bucket cylinder and had it off for a couple days now I reinstalled it and an old hose blew so I replaced this then filled hyd fluid and now, boom will raise but not lower. Unless engine is shut off and you feather the pedal. Also the bucket cylinder is totaly inactive. Could this be an air lock problem? valve body problem? Filter? Machine was working fine but had to have a part welded on the cylinder.

It sounds like you pushed your rh steering lever to the right locking the detent for the front aux couplers on. Pull the lever firmly to the left and let it spring back to center. Aside from that the only thing I can think is you somehow crossed the hoses??
Air in the system should work itself out without much issue.

I think Ken may have it.
Air will work its way out over time, but it will not cause the arms to not lower.
