Bobcat 741 Blower Direction

On a Bobcat 741 does anyone know if the blower on the engine blows air out the back door or sucks in from the back door and it exits elsewhere? I'm trying to determine if my blower is functioning properly or not.

They should all draw it in from the drive pump, then upwards out of the oil cooler
