i recently replaced a main hydraulic drive line now it acts like its out of fluid wines really loud befor it even starts i replaced a line last year and had no problems. it worked fine before and after but when i filled the tank is when i started haveing problems

The square block on the pump, left hand side. Remove the middle line and fitting from the block. There should be a bronze filter in here. Clean or replace it if you have not already done so. This filter catches a lot of people, it got me when i owned one.
The machine was very noisy and lacked power, cleaned the filter and it was quieter and heaps of power.

Pulling to the right could be because the left side pump or motor has a little wear, don't be too concerned about that.
Air will self bleed in time.
With it pulling, if you mean it creeps, this is an adjustment on the pump, it can be a pain in the butt to get right, but can be done.
