I just put a new TA1919V10in my 731 and it doesn't want to fill with oil. I've tried cracking the lines at the drive motors while feeding oil in through the inlet port on top on the pump to no avail. I have a black and while version of the service manual. Would be nice to be able to see hydrostatic circuitry in colors as they are in the original manual. Poor men have poor ways though and I just couldn't see giving Bobcat what they wanted for the original.

The way I understand it though the oil flows by gravity to the port block and supplies oil to the Aux. Hydraulic pump then it goes to the control valve then back to the port block through the 40 micron filter. Then it passes by the pressure and temperature switches within the port block and finally out through a metal line to the middle section of the Hydrostatic pump. When it gets to the pump there are 4 replenishing valves two of which are high pressure relief replenishing valves. Are those valves the reason I can't get it to fill with oil? In my mind it is but I really am just not certain. Would it help to take the springs out and reseal those ports? If so do those valves have to be lined up in any special way? Guessing not so long as facing the proper direction but again not sure.

Thank you for your time
